At Electro-Sensors,
an off-the-shelf solution doesn't mean you get
stock answers. Our application specialists take
the time to help you select the standard products
that will meet your requirements. Most of our
standard systems ship from stock - so you don't
lose costly production time and waste valuable
materials.
We offer Motor Control Solutions for a broad range
of standard applications and chances are we have
exactly what you're looking for. In the event
that your exact specifications can't be met, our
design staff routinely builds upon our standard
products to create a customized solution fabricated
to your exact specifications. We offer systems
engineering to the precise specifications that
matter most to you: yours.
Below are examples of just some of the custom
units we have developed for demanding applications:
MS#37 Draw Controller.
Provides a constant RPM difference between the
leader and follower motor regardless of the leader
speed.
MS#16 Inverse Setpoint.
Used to decrease feedback or speed as the setpoint
is increased. Typical applications include time-in-process
ovens, and wraps per inch winders.
MS#34 16 Bit Master.
A controller for master mode only that provides
DAC resolution to .001%. The setpoint and display
resolution is 5 digits.
MS#26 Variable PID Update Time.
Used in master or follower mode to control a device
with a slow response time, such as very large
motors and hydraulic systems with hydraulic servo
valves. Also very effective with single quadrant
drives.
MS#100 Multiple Setpoint.
Allows the user up to 16 setpoints and 16 setpoint
time durations, this unit is typically used on
test stands with a repetitive motor speed cycle.
Also features a programmable cycle counter.
MS#76 Dancer Position.
Works in follower mode to position a dancer to
a setpoint value, typically a center position
in center core winding applications. A lead pulse
signal is required from the line speed and an
analog signal from the dancer.
