Small Dosing Pump 2 RB 10
Self-priming, rotating progressive cavity pump for the
metering and dosing of small quantities. The pump is
in particularly suitable for the gentle dosing and conveying
of liquids of various viscosities up to pasty media.
The rotation direction is reversible; the flow rate
is proportional to the speed. Any parts which are in
contact with the media are made of stainless steel 1.4571;
there are different systems for the shaft sealing. A
special advantage is the simple construction and the
therefore easy cleaning and maintenance of the unit.
There are various drive systems and
dosing controls for your dosing task at your disposal.

Program controlled quantity regulation for shot dosing
or continuous dosing processes
Error deviations during dosing processes are influenced
by various process parameters. Usually we achieve figures
of less than ¡À 1%. The temperatures are between 0-200
¡ãC.

Installation:
The pump can either be driven horizontally or vertically.
The housing attachment can be turned in each desired
position. Therefore, almost any desired connection position
is possible.
Dosing controls:
For lot metering a simple control with time or impulse
parameter coding can be used. In connection with a VFD
drive control this builds a freely programmable unit
which can be adapted to each application. Via a digital
interface, the connecting to other control or supervision
units is possible, e.g., pressure control or flow meter
control. However, in most cases, the pump can also be
regarded as a metering unit due to its volumetrical
control character. The dosing scheme for lot metering
with draft back effect at the end of the dosing procedure
prevents after-dripping or after-flowing of high viscous
media.
Single mechanical seal with rubber bellows, ceramic
/ Carbon Seal Faces. PTFE impregnated packing. Double
Mechanical seals with barrier fluid or quench connection
upon request.
