The HAEHNE Elektronische Messgeraete
GmbH was founded by Dipl.-Ing. G¨¹nter H?hne in 1977
as an engineering design office for measurement technologi
es.
These roots have resulted in a special technical orientation
of the company with a special emphasis on electronic
force measurement.
One core competence is the measurement and closed loop control of running webs made of plastic, paper textil, fabric, metal and multilayer materials. Sensors and electronic systems are all of our own proprietory design and mirrow the special requirements of our broad customer base.
The product program is continuously enhanced to adapt to the changing technical environment. HAEHNE adopted the field bus technology already in 1991 and offered as the first company in web tension measurement technology fieldbus measuring amplifiers. Today literally hundreds of systems are installed worldwide with the majority in China.
Besides the common quality assurance certification according to ISO 9001 and the CE markings of its products HAEHNE achieved European Community ATEX certification status for explosion proof sensors in January 2004. This difficult to achieve certification makes HAEHNE a leader in force measurement technology.
